Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility for Food Products

Because BeeWing Foods deals in consumable, natural, and organic products (such as ghee, honey, and health mixes), we cannot accept returns for products once they have been delivered and opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a damaged jar, leaked container, or a tampered product, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund. Please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Email us at beewingfoods@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos/unboxing video of the damaged item.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your damage claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Missing Items

If you find an item missing from your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange to ship the missing item to you at our cost as soon as possible.
