1. Order Processing Times

At BeeWing Foods, we believe in delivering freshness. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days across India.
• Expedited Delivery: Available for select pin codes (1-2 business days).

3. Packaging

Since our products include natural items like Pure Ghee and Honey, we use high-quality, secure packaging (including bubble wrap for glass jars) to ensure that your products reach you safely without any leaks or damage.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages in Transit

If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it from the courier. If the damage is discovered after opening, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.
